Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on cybersecurity professional to deploy and manage Microsoft security solutions across client environments, including on-premises, IaaS, SaaS, and hybrid setups. You will configure policies, implement standards, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure configurations and proactive threat mitigation.

Strong PowerShell, analytical skills, and experience with Microsoft Sentinel/Defender are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant working experience in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM), particularly in on-premises, IaaS, or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with implementing and managing Microsoft enterprise-level security and management platforms.
• Good understanding of Microsoft operating systems and their built-in security features.
• Knowledge of endpoint security standards and frameworks, such as NIST and CIS.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in resolving security and infrastructure-related issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft security solutions to protect clients' IT infrastructure against cyber threats.
• Implement security policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices.
• Configure and manage Microsoft security and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM).

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure system configurations and the deployment of new devices and applications.
• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

• Provide technical guidance and support during security incidents, investigations, and response activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations, technical processes, and operating procedures.
