Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a diligent operations and administrative support staff for the Microbiology laboratory. You will assist in specimen processing, LIS data entry, billing administration and quality assurance to ensure accurate, timely patient care.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in PPE within a fast-paced lab environment. The position involves 5.25 work days with weekend and public holiday rosters, and office-hour

Formación

• Preferably Diploma, or any other equivalent.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience in healthcare or laboratory setting is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry.
• Good interpersonal, organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment with PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational and administrative tasks in the Microbiology laboratory.
• Handle specimen processing, LIS data entry and result entry.
• Manage customer enquiries, billing matters and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare and file laboratory records, reports and memos.
• Assist with audits, inspections and regulatory compliance.
