Job summary

Molex Singapore is seeking a Technician, Metrology (AQP) to support NPI activities through precise measurement, inspection, and data analysis across the product development lifecycle.

You will join the Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) team and collaborate with Product Design, Manufacturing, Process, and Quality groups to ensure design readiness and smooth product launches, with a structured shift schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Engineering or related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of metrology tools and GD&T concepts.
• Ability to work independently with good organization and time management.
• Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, measurement, data analysis, and reporting to support NPI projects.
• Develop and execute measurement programs, inspection gauges, and fixtures.
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA), capability studies, and statistical analysis.
• Update and maintain quality documentation such as inspection checklists, control plans, and SOPs.
• Review engineering drawings and highlight potential dimensional or specification issues.
• Extract historical quality notifications and lessons learned to support design reviews.
