Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Metrology & Real-Time Defect Analysis (MRDA) Technician to support semiconductor process monitoring and defect detection using advanced inspection and measurement technologies.

You will collect, monitor, and analyze measurement data to support engineering decisions and manufacturing excellence, collaborate with engineers on defect investigations, and perform basic equipment troubleshooting to ensure tool availability.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
