Job summary

You will lead design for manufacturability, cost estimation, NC programming and production methods analysis, and drive lean improvements with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing processes and implements them.
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and prototype-to-production transitions.
• Plan production routing, process planning and work center development.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Technology teams.

• Manufacturing process development and implementation
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) andprototype-to-production transition
• Manufacturing routing, process planning, and work centerdevelopment
• Develops preliminary cost estimates to support studies ofproduct feasibility and assists in establishing selling prices
• CNC machining processes, NC programming, and productionmethods analysis
• Engineering drawing and complex print interpretation
• Production planning and manufacturing capacity analysis
• Lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices
• Cost reduction, productivity improvement, and processstandardization
• Cross-functional coordination with Engineering,Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams

Requirement :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming
