The role involves NC programming, tooling decisions, and cost estimates, with extensive use of SAP, MATRIX and CAD/CAM tools.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in methods analysis and NC programming, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to resolve issues and drive manufacturability

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming.
• Experience analyzing engineering prints to determine efficient manufacturing methods.
• Ability to develop preliminary cost estimates for feasibility studies.
• Proficient use of SAP, MATRIX and CAD/CAM tools for production planning.

Responsibilities

• Create complex manufacturing sequences converting raw materials into finished products.
• Analyze engineering prints to determine efficient manufacturing methods and routings.
• Specify machines, tooling, and staging for production operations.
• Develop NC programs and validate their accuracy before shop floor release.
• Collaborate with planning and other departments to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
• Utilize SAP, MATRIX, Factory Planner, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ESPRIT/Unigraphics in workflows.
