Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited is seeking a System Analyst, IT in Singapore to lead MES implementations and bridge manufacturing operations with IT infrastructure. You will work on Kubernetes-based deployments, containerization, and automation to modernize our MES platform.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of MES (Camstar preferred), Linux, and programming skills in Python, Node/React.js, C++, or C#.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Prior experience in manufacturing and working knowledge of MES systems (preferably Camstar).
• Demonstrated knowledge of MES systems and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and related orchestration tools.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Node/React.js, C#, C++, SQL, YAML; PLC programming considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of MES systems aligned with manufacturing needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements for MES implementations.
• Design and execute SAT/UAT to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver user training and ongoing IT support for MES solutions.
• Collaborate across IT units and departments to provide integrated MES services.
• Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, etc.).
• Utilize Terraform/Ansible for infrastructure automation and provisioning.
