SANMINA-SCI SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced MES specialist to configure and deploy 42Q MES settings on the shop floor, acting as the main liaison to relay feedback to the Corporate 42Q Development Team.

The role includes maintaining and troubleshooting MES systems for uptime and accuracy of SFDC configurations and Medical Validation documents. You will collaborate to drive process improvements using MES, maintain SOPs, resolve line issues, analyze MES data for yields, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably from Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in PCBA/SMT/Box Build manufacturing with MES implementation.
• Experience in PCBA/SMT/Box Build manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite.
• Data analysis and reporting experience.
• Project management skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards (ISO 13485) and software validation practices is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of system integrations (ERP to MES, equipment API integration) is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Configure and deploy 42Q MES settings to meet product-specific manufacturing requirements on the shop floor, and serve as the primary liaison to provide feedback and elevate requirements to the Corporate 42Q Development Team
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing (42Q) MES systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Maintain the accuracy and reliability of all SFDC configurations and Medical Validation documents.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements using MES functionalities.
• Maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the MES system.
• Resolve Line system issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze production data from the MES system to identify trends, yield, and areas for improvement.
• Train& mentor new or junior staffs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stand-in for team members whenever the need arises.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
