Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage merchants via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on criteria such as profile, operational readiness, and interest in reservation or SaaS tools.
  • Schedule and book sales meetings, ensuring briefing sheets include key context and data points.
  • Manage and update lead records in CRM tools, maintaining a clean and accurate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead quality, feedback loops, and meeting outcomes.
  • Track and report outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion success rates.
  • Participate in training and stay updated on offerings, competitive positioning, and market initiatives.
Skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven products.
  • Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel Skills with knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
