Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a Merchandising Intern to support retail growth across physical stores and e-commerce in Singapore. You’ll learn to analyze consumer behavior, track trends, and coordinate with Buying, Marketing, and Retail Ops to turn strategy into action.

The role offers hands-on experience across data, assortment, inventory, and digital merchandising with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute to live campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas like XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data for merchandising decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with collaborative mindset across teams.
• Flexible to work extended hours during peak seasons; minimum 3 months internship/full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Data & Performance Analysis: track KPIs and identify sell-out opportunities.
• Assortment & Product Support: monitor launch timelines and stock arrivals.
• Inventory & Replenishment Execution: monitor stock levels and coordinate transfers.
• E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Support: audit listings and optimize categorization.
• Visual Merchandising & Marketing Coordination: support display updates and campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, retail and operations on initiatives.
