Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP works in accordance with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Arrange site inspections, meetings, material deliveries, and work schedules.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, material submissions, and technical documentation.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, work schedules, and other project-related documents.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in resolving site coordination issues and follow up on outstanding works.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and project handover.
• Report project progress, issues, and potential delays to the Project Manager.
