Movade Innovations Pte Ltd, a growing MEP specialist in luxury retail fit-outs across Singapore, seeks a hands-on MEP Project Executive to support planning, coordination and execution of multiple projects.

The role is site-based, involving close collaboration with subcontractors, consultants, landlords and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating MEP works on construction projects.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Conduct on-site inspections, tests and commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for MEP systems.
• Review MEP drawings, specs and shop drawings for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and consultants on MEP matters.
• Ensure installations comply with codes, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and inspection records.
• Assist in resolving site technical issues and ensuring proper functioning of MEP systems.

Movade Innovations Pte Ltd is a growing MEP company specialising in high-end luxury retail and boutique fit-out projects across Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and proactive MEP Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.

The role is hands-on and site-based, involving close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced project environments and are looking to grow with an expanding company.

• Provide technical support and expertise for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams on MEP-related matters.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with applicable codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor installation works and verify that completed works meet the approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
• Assist in resolving site technical issues and ensuring the proper functioning of MEP systems.
