Job summary

Luft Env Technologies Pte Ltd specializes in designing and delivering laboratories for research, diagnostics, and clinical use across Singapore and Asia Pacific. The role supports engineering project teams by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with technical requirements.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have 1–2 years in MEP/construction, with a Diploma or Nitec in engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, Building Services Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in MEP, construction, or engineering projects.
• Candidates with Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering or related discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with interest in MEP, ACMV/HVAC, and project management.
• Proactive in independently following up on project matters to ensure progress and issue resolution.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Comfortable working in both office and site environments to support project needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in engineering project management

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MOM) from project meetings to document decisions and action items.
• Maintain and update action lists, proactively following up on outstanding project matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, submit, and track material submissions, shop drawings, and other technical documents to support project compliance.
• Maintain registers for project submission documents and correspondence to ensure organized record-keeping.
• Assist in tracking site progress through regular updates, progress photographs, and compiling weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM) and project close-out documentation for handover.
• Support day-to-day project planning, coordination, and documentation to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned by management to support overall project success
