Job summary

LEWE ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Assistant Design Manager to support the Engineering Director in coordinating mechanical design for semiconductor, cleanroom and advanced manufacturing facilities. You will help ensure deliverables meet client specs, standards and schedules, drawing on five to seven years of relevant experience.

The role covers design management across HVAC, ACMV, cleanroom and utility systems, plus BIM coordination with AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five to seven years of mechanical engineering design experience.
• Experience with engineering design consultancy or multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience on semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Proven ability to review calculations and technical submissions.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Director in managing mechanical design activities for multiple projects.
• Coordinate designs for HVAC, ACMV, cleanroom, and process utility systems.
• Review calculations, submissions and design documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces with architects, structures and E&I teams.
• Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support during testing and handover.
