Job summary

Beca Group is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Developer to join their Building Services team in Singapore. In this role, you will design and maintain internal tools, enhance technical skills, and work on various projects with a motivated team.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in construction delivery and be proficient in programming tools such as Python and C#. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM, digital engineering, or project delivery.
• Working proficiency in Python, C# / .NET, or Dynamo.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools for Revit, Dynamo, and related platforms.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations between BIM models and project databases.
• Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and translate them into scalable solutions.
