A national employers' organization in Singapore seeks a Membership Specialist to enhance their corporate membership acquisition. The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is the national trade union of employers, representing more than 3,900 employers and the interests of all sectors of the economy. In the tripartite system, SNEF is the body representing employers and it aims to be the trusted partner of the National Trades Union Congress representing the labour movement, and the Ministry of Manpower representing the Government.

Membership Specialist, Membership Acquisition will play a pivotal role in expanding SNEF’s corporate membership base. This function is responsible for prospecting and acquisition of new members, driving engagement with key decision‑makers, and ensuring strong conversion results aligned with performance metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced B2B environment, maintains a high‑quality prospect pipeline, and demonstrates strong ownership of revenue and growth KPIs.
This is a 2‑year contract role with provision of extension yearly based on performance.
