Job summary

EXER-FIT CONSULTANCY SERVICES in Singapore supports daily operations at SUTD Sports Recreation Complex and Fitness Centre. You will manage gym memberships, answer inquiries, assist with gym activities, and help coordinate sports events and bookings to enhance member experience.

The role requires clear English communication, a First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and at least one year of customer service experience. Proactive with good MS Office skills to handle data and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Hold a valid First Aid with CPR and AED.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
• Proactive with tech aptitude to support gym operations.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• O-level qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process gym sign-ups and respond to membership queries.
• Handle telephone inquiries and data entry.
• Assist daily gym operations to support member satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage sports events and bookings.
