MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a senior technical leader to shape photolithography directions across multiple nodes and influence strategic decisions with deep expertise.

The role will mentor engineers, drive development programs, and integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation in R&D and manufacturing. Strong technical leadership and collaboration are essential for success in this high-impact position.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining and achieving photolithography roadmaps (process & equipment).
• Deep knowledge of optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in lithography simulation tools, material characterization, DOE, SPC, and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex photolithography development programs across multiple technology nodes.
• Define medium- to long-term lithography process and equipment roadmaps.
• De-risk novel lithography concepts and platforms.
• Serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.

Job / Role Summary

TheMember of Technical Staff is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping photolithography direction across multiple nodes and influencing organizational decisions through deepexpertiseand leadership.This role influences integration strategy,mentorsengineers, and drives innovation across development teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead complex photolithography process development programs spanning multiple technology nodes.
• Define medium‑to long‑term photolithography process and equipment technology roadmaps.
• De‑risk novel lithography concepts and platforms.
• Serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.

Other Responsibilities

• Mentorseniorengineers andprovidetechnical guidance across projects.
• Generatehigh-impactintellectual property through patents and technical publications.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• PhD≥8yrs, or Master’s ≥11yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥13yrsof relevant experience in
  Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,withdemonstratedexperience in semiconductor photolithography process development.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Proventrack recordin defining andaccomplishingphotolithography process & equipment roadmaps
• Deep knowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture
• Advancedproficiencyin lithography simulation tools, material characterization,DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis
