Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Director/DMTS to provide enterprise‑level technical leadership in photolithography strategy and technology direction. You will mentor senior engineers, shape development and integration strategies, and drive innovation across global teams.

You will de‑risk novel lithography concepts, influence executive decisions, and steward enterprise roadmaps, working across R&D and manufacturing to advance memory technology platforms.

Qualifications

• PhD≥15 years or Master’s ≥17 years of relevant experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
• Industry‑recognized innovation leadership in photolithography and related technologies.
• Strong background in enabling enterprise‑wide lithography strategy and roadmaps.

• Sponsor long‑range pathfinding initiatives for future nodes and architectures.
• Establish enterprise‑wide, long‑term photolithography technology vision and roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

Must‑HaveTechnical Skills

• Advancedproficiencyinphotolithography process & equipment roadmaps;cutting edgephotolithography equipment & metrology tools experience
• Advancedknowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging
• Advancedunderstanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture
• Multi-node,Multi-siteprogram leadership
