Job summary

Reality Yoga and Pilates in Singapore is seeking a sales-oriented ambassador to grow memberships and services. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, nurture leads, and turn inquiries into sign-ups while maintaining excellent after-sales care.

The role focuses on events and activities to generate leads, promote centre products, and tailor solutions to member needs. You will create appointments, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving targets through

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and services objectives.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and provide good-after-sales customer services and members’ retention.
• Generating leads through roadshows / events / outdoor activities and turning them into actual sales figures to achieve targets for the club.
• Market our centre products, identify and create sales opportunities.
• Create appointments with customers and recommend suitable solutions according to their needs and requirements.
