Job summary

HOMEGROUND GYM BISHAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Member Experience & Gym Operations Executive to join our growing fitness business in Singapore.

The role involves welcoming members, understanding needs, guiding membership or PT options, and coordinating gym operations across Bishan and Clementi locations. You’ll manage inquiries via in-person and WhatsApp channels, conduct tours, build genuine member relationships, and contribute to a friendly, proactive gym culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in welcoming and assisting gym members or customers.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand needs before recommending options.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and via chat/WhatsApp.
• Willingness to learn processes and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and prospects and make them feel comfortable in the gym.
• Speak to prospects to understand needs before recommending a gym membership or PT option.
• Respond to enquiries in person and via WhatsApp; follow up with prospective members and PT clients.
• Conduct gym tours and help convert prospects into members or PT clients.
• Handle member questions, feedback and complaints tactfully; build relationships for a friendly gym environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and presentation; manage stock and supplies.
• Open and close duties; general admin and day-to-day gym operations.
• Work closely with Personal Trainers and management; help solve operational issues.
• Support social media/content efforts: filming photos/videos, editing short-form content; document behind-the-scenes.
