HOMEGROUND GYM BISHAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Gym Operations Executive to work closely with the owner on a daily basis. You will handle customer service, member experience, sales follow-ups, and gym operations from Homeground Gym Bishan.

The role offers a starting salary of 2,800–3,500 SGD per month with performance incentives and a clear progression toward 5,000–6,000 SGD per month for high performance, achievable in about 1.5 years.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of full-time working experience.
• Polish communication and listening skills; able to follow instructions carefully.
• Must be organised, reliable, and able to own responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist gym members.
• Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and questions about memberships or Personal Training.
• Follow up with leads and prospects; conduct gym tours.
• Coordinate Personal Training trials and follow up after trials.
• Help convert prospects into paying customers and handle member requests professionally.
• Keep gym clean, presentable and running smoothly; monitor supplies and update records.
