Job summary

AP TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Process Engineer to support manufacturing process development, optimization, validation, and day-to-day technical activities. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, NPI, and Project Management to enable new product introduction, process transfer, and ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering discipline (Chemical/Materials/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Biomedical/ Chemistry)
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of Process/Manufacturing/R&D experience is a plus
• Hands-on manufacturing and problem solving are essential
• Experience with extrusion, polymer processing, film casting, coating, assembly is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or other regulated environments is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication in cross-functional, multicultural settings

Responsibilities

• Support the development, setup, optimization, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and process parameters.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for tubing extrusion, film casting, coating, assembly, and related processes.
• Conduct engineering trials, feasibility studies, process characterization, and improvement activities.
• Process qualification and validation activities, including protocol execution, data collection, and validation reports.
• Support NPI, process transfer, pilot runs, and ramp-up activities.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and company procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance robustness, efficiency, manufacturability, and product quality.
