Job summary

Enterprise Singapore seeks a strategic professional to shape and execute programmes that grow Singapore’s Diagnostics and MedTech sector, spanning medical devices, SaMD, diagnostics, and life science tools. You will manage innovative startups, connect them to funding and partners, and drive AI/data initiatives for secure data access.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development within MedTech/biomedical fields.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with AI, data governance, and digital health trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sector strategies and programmes to support Diagnostics and MedTech growth.
• Account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises; facilitate growth, market expansion, and capability development.
• Engage with companies to understand needs and connect them with resources, partners, and funding opportunities.
• Drive initiatives that support AI and data strategies, including secure access to datasets for product development and validation.
• Collaborate with government agencies, incubators, accelerators, and investors to nurture enterprises and ecosystem growth.
• Research local and global trends in Diagnostics, MedTech, Precision Medicine, and healthcare AI; translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, research organisations, industry associations, and regulators.
• Represent Enterprise Singapore at events and cross-agency efforts to boost Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem.
