We are seeking a driven and clinically minded Medical Sales Representative to support the promotion and growth of our ophthalmology portfolio in Singapore. The role focuses on building strong relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, optometrists, and clinic stakeholders, while delivering consistent sales performance through professional product representation and field execution.
Promote ophthalmic products including diagnostic equipment, surgical consumables, and related solutions to private clinics and hospitals
Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, nurses, and clinic managers
Conduct product presentations, in-clinic demonstrations, and basic clinical support
Execute sales plans and territory strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Support product launches, workshops, and clinical education sessions
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updates
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Optometry, Nursing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in ophthalmic, medical device, or healthcare sales
Familiarity with ophthalmology workflows, clinical settings, or surgical environments is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Comfortable with field work and hospital/clinic engagement
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
