Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to manage NHG Diagnostics’ laboratory center, ensuring high-quality customer care and reliable in-house test results for diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires a Biomedical Science degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab, with strong phlebotomy skills and excellent communication. You will lead and train staff, handle regulatory aspects, and maintain performance under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have a Degree in Biomedical Science.
• 2+ years in a clinical laboratory with a supervisory role.
• Phlebotomy skills are a must.
• Regulatory/accreditation experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer NHG Diagnostics’ laboratory center to ensure high-quality customer-care services.
• Provide accurate and reliable in-house test results for diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease.
• Lead, supervise, train, and guide laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations.
