Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is urgently hiring Maintenance Technicians to support the manufacturing operations of a leading medical device company in Changi. You will perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, diagnose faults and minimize downtime, with opportunities for transition to permanent roles.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in preventive maintenance and repair.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Carry out equipment troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime.
Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of equipment failures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
Support equipment installation, modification, calibration and maintenance activities where required.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and smooth manufacturing operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and manufacturing requirements.
Support the transition towards 24/7 manufacturing operations and other ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.
