Ipsen Pharma Singapore PTE. LTD. in Bangkok seeks a Medical Advisor to provide high-level medical guidance and non-promotional scientific support for Ipsen’s therapies.

You will engage with HCPs and Thought Leaders, develop medical information tools, and support local medical and regulatory activities. The role emphasizes strong data interpretation, cross-functional collaboration, and timely medical training to ensure compliant, impactful medical communications aligned with local regulations.

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry (oncology/speciality care) in a medical role.
• Strong existing network of KOLs in the assigned country.
• Knowledge of international/local studies and GxP (GCP, GPvP, GMP, GDP and other applicable instruments).
• Understanding of the drug development process and RCC/HCC and NET TA is an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across functions.
• Ability to tailor presentations to audience knowledge gaps and data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide constructive advice and feedback on strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of EFPIA/Code of Practice and regulatory rules.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific information and support; respond to unsolicited requests from the field and external stakeholders for Ipsen products and therapy areas.
• Organize and scientifically support local events (satellite symposia, roundtable meetings).
• Develop and maintain medical information decks for external HCPs/TLs and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to external HCPs/TL engagements to stimulate scientific exchange.
• Set and align Medical Affairs strategy with cross-functional teams and CBOPs, including medical budget management.
• Support Market/Patient Access with clinical and HEOR data for access and reimbursement.
• Advise Brand teams on medical/regulatory perspectives for promotional materials.
• Identify and develop KOLs for national/international speaker programs.
• Ensure timely medical training for internal staff on Ipsen requirements and standards.
• Lead data generation projects and oversee CSS/ISS/data generation concepts.
