Ipsen Pharma Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Market Access Manager to lead Malaysia and Singapore access strategies for in-line and pipeline products.

You will drive pricing, reimbursement submissions, tenders, hospital listings, and patient funding while coordinating with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance, and Compliance teams. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement, Tender Management, Government or Public Affairs, Health Policy, or related roles within Pharma/Biotech.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system including public and private access pathways, formulary and listing processes, procurement and tenders.
• Hands-on experience leading tenders and pricing negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work with Commercial and Medical teams to secure hospital listings and progress patient funding.
• Experience engaging government stakeholders, payers, procurement bodies, and policy stakeholders in a compliant manner.

• Lead end-to-end Market Access strategy for Malaysia and Singapore across in-line and pipeline products.
• Manage pricing, reimbursement submissions, value dossiers, and payer value propositions.
• Oversee tender management from opportunity identification to post-tender performance review.
• Drive hospital listings, patient funding and quota access efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Lead public affairs and health policy activities to support patient access and Ipsen’s reputation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and ensure governance, compliance, and budgeting for Market Access activities.
