Job summary

Ipsen Pharma Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Market Access Manager for SG & MY to shape access strategies across public and private sectors. You will lead pricing, reimbursement submissions, hospital listings and funding initiatives while coordinating with regional teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong negotiation, governance and cross-functional collaboration to translate clinical and economic evidence into practical access plans for Ipsen therapies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Market Access, Pricing or Reimbursement within pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore healthcare systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Market Access strategy across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Lead pricing, submissions, value dossiers and budget impact analyses.
• Manage tenders, hospital listings and patient funding initiatives.
• Engage with government bodies, payers and stakeholders to advance access.
