Job summary

METAVIVA PTE. LTD. is seeking a MediaTech Manager to own the media technology ecosystem, bridging automated production with digital distribution. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, partnering on UI/UX, and directing vendors to launch and optimise mobile streaming apps.

The role requires a technology foundation and a passion for building great products, with extensive experience in product management or media tech for OTT or fast-scaling mobile apps. Startup mindset encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
• Experience in technical product management or media technology in OTT/short-form streaming platforms or mobile apps (advantage).
• Familiarity with generative AI video pipelines, prompt engineering optimisation, voice cloning, and automated storyboard generation workflows.
• Deep understanding of streaming protocols, video codecs, mobile app monetisation APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Experience wireframing or managing complex mobile app features to optimise activation and retention.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong foundation in technology and a passion for building great products. Our ideal candidate would have:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar

While not required, the following would be a strong advantage:

• Experience in technical product management or media technology experience within OTT, short-form streaming platforms, or fast-scaling mobile consumer apps.
• Familiarity with generative AI video pipelines, prompt engineering optimisation, voice cloning, and automated storyboard generation workflows.
• Deep understanding of streaming protocols, video codecs, mobile app monetisation APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Experience wireframing or managing complex mobile application features with a proven track record of optimising user activation and retention funnels.
• A fast-paced startup mindset capable of pivoting workflows as AI models and consumer trends in the microdrama economy evolve daily.
