Job summary

KULICKE & SOFFA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate/Advanced Engineer in Singapore. This role entails supporting the repair and refurbishment of goods within the Aftermarket Products & Services Business Unit. Responsibilities include creating work orders, troubleshooting, and coordinating material replenishment. Candidates should possess a Vocational Certificate/NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Proficient communication skills and Microsoft Office ability are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of wire bonding and/or die bonding technology preferred.
• Ability to work independently in troubleshooting and analyzing machines.

Responsibilities

• Create repair and/or refurbishment work orders.
• Expedite support and coordinate replenishing materials.
• Troubleshoot and perform diagnostic based on guides.
• Perform bonding data collection based on procedures.
• Support Agility Training to all Product Lines.
