Job summary

Quintall in Singapore is seeking a hands-on professional to perform mechanical and electronic assembly and testing of pneumatic and electronic products. You will read drawings and work instructions to assemble, test and troubleshoot, then document results and manage project handovers to local production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Experience in manufacturing, 5S, lean management.
• Knowledge in compressed air preparation, pneumatic actuators, control valves, and/or process valves.
• Able to work in a team and lead towards common objectives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electronic assembly and testing of pneumatic and electronic products.
• Able to read drawings, work instructions, test plans and work independently to perform assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Perform repair and servicing work based on service requirements.
• Document and report testing and service activities.
• Manage end-to-end transfer of projects from headquarters to local production including resource planning and capacity planning.
• Frequent communication with Team cluster and QCD support team for day-to-day activities.
• Occasional communication with Engineering regarding assembly and customer requirements.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
