Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Assembly Technician to assemble components according to drawings and procedures.

You will develop assembly and test procedures to promote quality products and perform cleaning and pre-assembly tasks to prepare parts for production. Responsibilities include product testing, final inspections, and possible field installation or repair at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC or ITC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read electro-mechanical drawings.
• Experience in machine production/assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to assembly drawing and work instructions.
• Develop assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products.
• Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures.
• Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning and lubricating.
• Conduct product testing and performance testing and record the results.
• Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.
• Perform installation, repair, inspect, reassembly, replacing, refitting, and adjusting products required.
• Receive, unload, unpack and transfer materials to different workstations.
• Travelling to customer sites might be required to perform installation, repair, replacing and adjusting.
