Job summary

NES Global Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Mechanical QA/QC Manager for power plant and energy projects in Singapore. The role oversees QA/QC across construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

The candidate will lead QA/QC engineers, coordinate NDT, witness FAT/SAT and manage NCRs, CAPA and quality audits on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Mechanical QA/QC within major engineering, construction or EPC projects.
• Experience as a QA/QC Manager, Lead QA/QC Engineer or senior mechanical quality professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for mechanical works across project execution.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ITPs.
• Manage inspections for piping, mechanical equipment, rotating and static equipment.
