Job summary

YANGCHEN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a QA/QC Lead for electrical works to implement and monitor QA/QC systems on site, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications and Singapore Standards.

You will review ITPs, test reports, and NCRs, coordinate with main contractor and clients, and conduct site inspections and internal audits to verify workmanship and material quality. Training and awareness to site teams are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Relevant QA/QC or ISO 9001 training / certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Experience with QA/QC systems, documentation, and inspection procedures is essential.
• Prior experience in BCA-registered electrical works projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the QA/QC system for electrical works on site.
• Inspect and verify installation, testing, and commissioning against drawings and standards.
• Prepare, review and maintain ITPs, checklists, material approvals, test reports, NCRs.
• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants and clients on quality matters.
• Conduct site inspections and internal audits to verify workmanship and material quality.
• Assist in testing & commissioning works and maintain records accordingly.
• Ensure all works comply with BCA, EMA and Singapore Standards.
• Provide quality training and awareness to site teams when required.
