Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to review designs and coordinate M&E works. The role involves site oversight, testing and handover activities for the new Medical Tower project in Singapore.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has 1–2 years of related experience. Familiarity with M&E/Building Services or Facilities Management is a plus. Contract duration is 3 + 3 months with potential conversion to permanent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience in M&E/MEP/Building Services or Facilities Management may be considered

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical engineering designs, drawings and technical submissions
• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Oversee and monitor mechanical works at project sites
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities
• Ensure works comply with relevant govt agency and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and follow up on technical or site issues
• Maintain project documentation, drawings and technical records
• Support the development of the new Medical Tower
