Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a design and construction professional to lead design reviews, ensure compliance with Singapore codes and healthcare standards, and oversee M&E, civil, structural, and architectural coordination.

You will conduct site inspections, manage RFIs and variation orders, support testing and commissioning, and participate in handover and defect management while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Review engineering drawings and submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and healthcare standards.
• Identify design gaps and resolve issues with consultants.
• Oversee M&E, civil, structural, and architectural works.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and healthcare standards.
• Identify design gaps and resolve issues with consultants.
• Oversee systems including ACMV, medical gas, fire protection, structural works, and civil infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections and attend technical meetings.
• Review RFIs, site issues, and variation orders.
• Coordinate across M&E, civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Support system testing and commissioning and participate in handover and defect management.
• Maintain project documentation and records and ensure compliance with standards.
