Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites a Mechanical Engineer to review designs, coordinate M&E works and oversee site activities for a new Medical Tower project in Novena. The role is a 3 + 3 months contract, convertible to permanent, with salary based on experience.

You should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with M&E, building services or facilities management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant engineering experience are required.
• Experience in M&E, Building Services or Facilities Management may be advantageous.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical engineering designs, drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Oversee and monitor mechanical works at project sites.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure works comply with relevant government agency and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on technical or site issues.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings and technical records.
• Support the development of the new Medical Tower.
