Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer to join our engineering team in Singapore. You will be involved in the complete project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and project completion.

You will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong organisational and communication skills, and the willingness to travel for meetings and on-site work. Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, proactive and able to solve technical problems effectively.
• Willing to travel for project meetings and on-site commissioning when required.
• Experience in industrial equipment or powder-processing systems will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare equipment sizing calculations and layout drawings based on project requirements.
• Handle project costing, procurement and material coordination.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Support on-site installation, commissioning, testing and start-up of equipment and systems.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards.
