Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. seeks Mechanical / Project Engineers (ACMV) in Singapore to support the execution and delivery of commercial construction projects. Coordinate ACMV installation, review drawings, and liaise with main contractors and M&E trades.

Candidate should have an ITE/diploma/degree in mechanical engineering with relevant ACMV/HVAC experience; Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous for coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prepare method statements, shop drawings and technical submissions
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other M&E trades
• Perform relevant ACMV calculations and equipment sizing
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover
• Monitor site progress and ensure works meet project requirements

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in ACMV / HVAC construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge of AHU, FCU, ducting and chilled-water systems will be advantageous
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
• Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous for coordination with Mandarin-speaking project stakeholders
