Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and prepare MTO and BOQ.
• Study drawings and specifications; interface with client and prepare progress claims.
• Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors and main contractors.
• Coordinate brand submissions and conduct technical discussions with authorities and design consultants.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation.
• Monitor changes and their costs; control variations and associated expenses.
• Identify problems and develop options; implement practical solutions.
