Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Training is available for candidates with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of Mechanical/Electrical/BMS engineering works.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors for quality assurance in installation.
• Prepare project documentation and site progress reports.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of BMS/PLC/DCS/SCADA systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine system checks and backups.
• Provide technical support for maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptual and detailed design of Mechanical/Electrical/BMS engineering works.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise subcontractors to ensure installation and maintenance work meet quality standards.
• Prepare site progress reports, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of BMS/PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, resolving any technical issues.
• Manage and schedule preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal functioning of systems.
• Perform routine checks, system backups, and upgrades to enhance system performance.
• Provide technical support and engineering solutions for maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely project handover while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
