Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at Tuas, with work from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, including 24/7 standby for critical issues.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage delivery of materials, prepare reports, monitor progress, and help ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires hands-on supervision, documentation, cost estimation, and operation & maintenance awareness to support project success in Singapore.

SITE SUPERVISION AND PROGRESS MONITORING
EQUIPMENT & MATERIAL ARRANGEMENT, DELIVERY & CHECKING
SITE CO-ORDINATION MEETING
PREPARATION OF DAILY REPORTS, MONTHLY REPORTS, PURCHASE ORDERS & DELIVERY ORDERS
PREPARATION OF BUDGETARY AND CONTROL
PREPARATION OF SITE PROGRESS CLAIM
SAFETY
WORK QUALITY CONTROL
PREPARATION OF OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUAL
COMMISSIONING, PREPARATION AND MONITORING
13 PREPARATION OF AS-BUILT DRAWING
