Job summary

Jayfred Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician with strong reading of mechanical drawings and experience in ducting, fire suppression, ACMV environments and gas piping. The role requires teamwork, good communication, and readiness to work OT and 6-day weeks on-site.

You will monitor daily project progress, provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders, and ensure the team has the supplies and resources to complete tasks on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical ducting, fire suppression, ACMV environment and gas piping.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime and 6 days per week.
• Monitor the daily progress of projects and provide updates.
• Ensure team has supplies and resources to complete tasks on time and within budget.
