Responsibilities

• Review contract documents.
• Make MTO and BOQ.
• Study drawings and specifications.
• Interface with client and prepare progress claims.
• Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, and main contractors.
• Experience with brand submissions and discussions with authorities/consultants.
• Strong scheduling, planning, resource control and installation knowledge.
• Control changes, variations and associated costs.
• Monitor information from materials/events to detect problems.
• Handle complaints, settle disputes and negotiate with others.
• Identify problems and develop options to implement solutions.
• Analyze strengths/weaknesses of solutions to guide decisions.

• Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant
• Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation
• Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.
• Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
• Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
