Job summary

Altus Steel Tech (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a mechanical engineer to plan and design building services, prepare tender documents, and coordinate with clients and suppliers. The role includes on-site support, supervising installation and commissioning, and reading technical drawings with strong AutoCAD skills.

You will liaise with end users and vendors, manage procurement, and assist in project integration and problem solving to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings (on-site).

• To involve in the planning and design of mechanical engineering works for building services.
• To prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical works.
• Able to liaise both end user customers and vendor and supplier for project coordination.
• Onsite support upon customer request if necessary to have first-hand look for project requirement.
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters
• Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving site problems
• To read and draw technical drawing
• Well versed in Autocad
