Job summary

NB Development in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator to lead coordination and supervision of M&E works, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations while driving project planning, design, and cost control to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of M&E coordination experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination to effectively manage complex projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to produce and review technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Experience with condominium projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and resolve technical clarifications to ensure accurate execution
• Develop detailed method statements and identify drawing discrepancies to support project accuracy
• Plan project activities, manage material requisition, control costs, and document progress to meet project objectives
• Supervise M&E works and collaborate with client representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain seamless workflow and timely project delivery
• Enforce compliance of all M&E works with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Participate actively in project meetings to communicate progress and address challenges
• Manage temporary M&E installations such as site offices, trial holes, and temporary power supplies to support project needs
• Execute additional duties as assigned by Management to support project success
