Job summary

STL DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E engineer to oversee ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works.

You will supervise site activities to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, and prepare method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports for timely project delivery. The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognised by PE Board.

Responsibilities

• Supervise M&E works (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary) to meet contract drawings and specs.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/testing check sheets, and progress reports for M&E works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for shop drawings submission.
• Coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters and resolve site issues.
• Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters.
• Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.

Job Requirement

• 08 years relevant experience.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognised by PE Board
