Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Station on-site on a daily basis, to carry out Scheduled Maintenance and attend to Breakdown Maintenance of the BMS systems.
• Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests
• Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget
• Supervise and co-ordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works
• Assist Engineer/Manager to keep records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipments

Working Hours

• 6 days work week on shift
• Up to $3000

Job Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Electrical and Electronic Discipline or relevant experience in Building Management Systems.
• Possess good knowledge of BMS
• Able to work independently
• Technician with many years of experience are welcome
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• 6 days work week on shift
